  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1/3 c sesame seeds
  • 1/3 c Hemp Hearts (aka hemp seeds)
  • 1/2 c flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp Braggs soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp oil (coconut, olive or hemp)

Directions

  1. Soak flax in 1/2 c water for 20-30 min
  2. Toast sesame seeds
  3. Blend rice, quinoa, flax, salt, soy and oil until a dough is formed
  4. Add sesame and hemp seeds and pulse to combine
  5. Roll dough between parchment paper – very thin and even
  6. Cut or score with pizza cutter
  7. Bake 20-25 min at 350F until golden brown
  8. Cool and break along score lines

*before rolling dough you can fold in nuts, seeds, spices, herbs etc to customize your cracker*
